Return & Exchange

We want you to love your jewelry, but if you are not fully satisfied:

• Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Exchanges: Allowed within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

• Non-returnable items: Customized pieces, sale items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days after inspection.
